Everyone sells the same sentence.

What the category sells

  • Software you have to operate
  • A dashboard that waits for you
  • Alerts that become another queue
  • Compliance you chase by hand

What Re:Me sells

  • Someone you hand work to
  • The agent takes the first move
  • Work arrives already sorted
  • 1583s chased before they expire

Three moves, every day.

01

Intake

Photograph the envelope, dictate it, or type it. One tap, standing, one-handed.

02

Match

The agent matches the recipient to a member with a confidence score, and surfaces candidates when it isn't sure.

03

Handled

Notifications sent, tasks created, compliance tracked. Close the day in one press.

A member chatting with reception staff while a tablet on the front desk shows the Re:Me morning summary: mail sorted, pending 1583s, open tasks and awaiting pickup.

At the desk

The desk runs itself, so your people can look up.

Mail is sorted, matched and notified before the first member walks in. Staff spend the morning greeting people, not deciphering envelopes.

The whole front desk, in four screens.

Intake console

Camera capture, a 72px voice button with live transcript, and a typed fallback — all feeding one dense queue that resolves to matched or review.

Tasks

Match reviews, forwards, pickups, scans and shreds in one filtered list. Fulfilment is a single big button; done work collapses away.

Member CRM

Searchable roster with suite numbers, tags, statuses, notes timeline and full mail history in a detail drawer.

Dashboard

Thirty-day mail volume, active members, pending 1583s, open tasks and items awaiting pickup at a glance.

1583 compliance

Every member carries a compliance state — pending, docs received, verified, filed — colour-coded so gaps are impossible to miss.

White-label

Location name, logo and accent colour come from config. Every query is scoped by location, so one deployment serves many spaces.

Questions.

Do we have to change our mail process?

No. Staff still handle the same envelopes — Re:Me only changes how they're logged: a photo, a sentence or a line of text.

What happens when the match is wrong?

Low-confidence items land in review with the top three candidate members as one-tap buttons, plus a member search fallback.

Does it handle USPS Form 1583?

Every member carries a compliance state and the dashboard counts what's outstanding, so nothing sits in pending unnoticed.

Can we run more than one location?

Yes. Every record is scoped by location, and branding comes from the location config rather than being baked into the interface.

Can members book rooms and buy services?

Yes. Your public space page can offer membership plans, on-demand rooms, add-ons and compliance services, with bookings and payments flowing into the same operation.

Do the external platform connections work today?

Not yet. Anytime Mailbox, SphereMail, Google Workspace, Notion and Slack connections are on the roadmap and are clearly marked Coming soon.

Can we connect our preferred AI model?

Ask Re:Me works inside the product today. Direct connections to ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and DeepSeek are planned and marked Coming soon.

Is it usable on an iPad at the desk?

It's designed for it — big tap targets, one-handed voice intake, and a dense queue that stays readable at tablet width.

What is this login for?

It's the staff sign-in for centers running ReMe. Staff are invited by their manager or owner; members use the separate member portal sign-in.

Hand it over.

Open the front desk and watch the whole day's operation get handled.
